This is amazingly simple to use. So many good pics and explanations. It's simple, nothing confusing and all these are such great exercises to heal and strengthen. It's made well, slick pages, turns nice. No complaints at all.

The pictures are great and easy to read, they give core workout exercises to do with a roller, how to release or lengthen certain areas, what to do pre-/post- sport workouts, the “why” behind foam rolling (plus much more). Very helpful!
I've had a roller for a long while and use it for my upper back, but I wanted to know how else I could make use of it. I love this book. It has a lot of uses for the roller, and many in dealing with pain in the various areas of the body. This book is exactly what I hoped for: full of exercises I can do with my roller, great instructions, and it's organized really well.

FANTASTIC book. Best ever with great photos, lots of modifications, and easy to follow instructions. This book is a must have for everyone — athlete or non-athlete. I use it regularly filling various suggested programs & also as a tool to help me recover when I overdo. Have also been using it to help my husband through recovery from knee replacement surgery. You must have this book! Best ever

Enjoying this book.
I love the pre-planned workouts for sitting-all-day and posture. Plenty of exercises for all parts of the body with clear instructions and pictures. The modifications are helpful for when I am not able to do the exercise as shown. In just one week I 've noticed an improvement in my posture and the way I carry myself. Expect some discomfort doing these myofascial-release techniques but it's worth it and the discomfort reduces in time.

A semi-useful book
If the exercises were left out and only the rolling included, this would have been a lot better. To me, that shows that there really isn't all that much to rolling, so other material is needed. Also, the "exercises" seem to be included because a roller is set on the floor next to the person! But a lot of the pictures and explanations (though far from all!) are useful, so I'll be adding this to my "library".

I can tell you now that my knee pain has gone after i started reading this book. I workout 5 days a week and experienced knee pain which apparently was a muscle tightness and performing foam rolling exercises before or after workout helped aloooot.
