I’ve been using this product for a couple months and I also go to the gym. I don’t use it every single day but I decided to make a review on them since I just finished the bottle. It helps so much!!! The pills give me the perfect amount of energy and when I’m tired it makes my mood go up and everything is much more clear. I feel so focused. Never had any side effects from these, it also helps me burn a lot of calories at the gym.

After studying many brands this brand seemed to have the best quality, a great mg per capsule (750), great quantity per bottle (120) all for a very good value. I am taking it mostly for heart health and ALCAR promotes nerve regeneration and pain reduction associated with neuropathy. There are many studies on this so I am hoping over time my nerve conditions will improve and with all the other benefits it is still a win. These capsules look good and are easy to swallow and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this supplement!

wasnt sure what to expect with this product being that it was my first time experimenting with ALCAR. but i was pleaseantly surprised. helped with my intermittent fasting. i wouldnt be hungry and i was energetic all day. plus i wasnt as cranky or hangry as usual. really helped with maintaining focus during workouts i knew what i wanted to do and got it done. however if i wasnt working out i wouldnt get as much of an impact. not sure if it helped with shredding fat but since it helped with the fasting then in essence i guess so. all in all good product and great value for the money.

I was doing the keto diet and found myself unable to work out like I wanted to because of my energy levels. I read great reviews about L carnitine and decided to give it a try. I can say that I would not have met my workout goals without the l carnitine. My energy levels soared and I still had more left over afterwards. I was only taking 2 instead of 3 but I felt I didnt need that 3 dose because I was still feeling good from the 2 pills. This will definitely be apart of my keto journey.

I definately feel.some energy from this. I take a little off in the capsule most of the time and take it with ala. They work synergistically greatly enhancing properties of each, i read. So, thats what i do. Great combo for nerves and more. With 750'mg, i feel i have flexibility as to how much i want, according to time of day and how i feel. BTW, im taking this with carnosine and dmae to lessen the heightened rate of lipofuscion from the longevity vitamin, l carnosine....if im.convinced enough, i try new supps. Performance boost to the max. I do Orangetheory and originally took this to help with my mood and energy in the afternoons. But what I actually noticed was unbelievable performance during my HIIT workouts after just 2 days of taking Acetyl L-Carnitine. Normally I burned an average of about 700 calories in a 1-hour class and spent an average of minutes in the "orange/red zone", aka Splat Points (84% or more of my max heart rate). After taking this for 2 days my next 4 classes were 824, 827, 844, and 921 calories with 22, 21, 24, and 31 minutes in the orange zone. I'm not sure if it helps with my mood and energy in the afternoon but it has definitely given me more energy in my workouts.

Moi et mon conjoint avons des flatulences très nauséabondes avec ce supplément. En plus d’être encore plus fatigués que d’habitude. Après 2 semaines de puanteurs, on a décidé d’arrêter les frais. 35$ à la poubelle
