This stuff is fantastic. Dissolves easily in water or your fluid of choice.One of my biggest gripes w/ other proteins is the flavoring - they're not consistent and they are never good enough to drink mixed with water... So, I mix my protein w/ Gatorade, but vanilla or chocolate mixed w/ Gatorade tastes nasty - that's why I went w/ unflavored.Unflavored dissolves easily and tastes fine - and I no longer dread my protein shakes - even the clumps that don't mix well are easily swallowed.

Mixes well! Shake it up good to go. Mix it in with fruits and veggies in blender even better gives you that yogurt like diary consistency. I new I was getting no flavor so I tolerate the blandness.Though I wish they would have a vanilla because I ordered a kilo when it arrived i discovered it was in 2x500g bags if thats the case I would have got an unflavored and vanilla. Its okay because i ordered some veggie protein which has vanilla flavor I mix both. Its concentrated so soy fillers or casein so its hard whey to digest because I am a bit lactose intolerant at first it caused mucus congestion. I go eazy on the scoop only a scoop measure of say 2.5 tablespoons is good enough. My body can assimilate that with no congestion and discharge from the nose any thing above 3 tablespoon is a problem I will need a lactase enzyme for that.
