Thinkbaby Stainless Steel Baby Bottle, Orange

I used this to scald breastmilk due to lipase. I like it a lot better than the klean kanteen bottle I also have--the height makes it easier to plop in a bowl of ice when it's done scalding

I bought these to scald my milk to help combat my excess lipase and it works great! I use it every day after work and it's held up great. I wash it in the dishwasher and it's still in great shape. I can't speak about the nipple because my baby uses other bottles for drinking.

To be honest- my baby has yet to drink from this bottle. I use this bottle to heat up my breastmilk to scald (180 degrees) before freezing as I have excess lipase in my milk. I would not want to heat up in a plastic bottle and I found this is easier than heating in a pot on the stove (because I can walk away if needed). If you live that excess lipase life like me, I would recommend purchasing this bottle as an essential tool in your breaking bad style milk scalding set-up (I use with a food grade thermometer with an alarm to make my life super easy and fool-proof)

I bought this for scalding breast milk using a bottle warmer. It works great for that purpose, it holds about 11 or 12 ounces so it's great for scalding in large batches. My two month old doesn't drink out of it though. I couldn't imagine giving it to him as it gets so very hot or cold on the outside. If using for scalding, don't forget a potholder before you grab it out of the warmer!

Perfect for moms with high lipase breastmilk. Used in a bottle warmer with a thermometer set for 180degrees then quickly removed and placed in ice bath. I handwash between uses.

We liked the plastic version ThinkBaby as a transition sippy for our son, but never felt right about using plastic. When I saw they made a stainless steel version I was so excited! However like other reviews state, it leaks :( I have found that it does not leak if you don't use the handles from the conversion kit. Unfortunately cold milk/water in stainless steel means cold hands! We are going to keep it and use it without handles, but disappointed that they pair it with the conversion kit and it doesn't work! I have not tried contacting the company directly but will do so and see where I get. Will update if anything positive.

The product is a nice idea but they have to improve the lid on this. I bought 2 of them and haven’t had them a month yet and the orange cap has already broken on one of the bottles. The plastic is either too cheap or not thick enough to handle a toddle tossing in to the ground from less than two feet in the air. Unless the manufacturer can fix this, I wouldnt recommend this product.

*Update* Ordered a second bottle almost two years after the first and did not receive a complete item. It’s missing the nipple/cap.. which technically is “fine” for what the intended purpose is - to scald milk - but still... don’t love receiving an incomplete item. It was separate from the other items in my order in a sealed “Ready to Ship” plastic bag. Uncool.Like most reviewers I use this to scald my breastmilk. The heavy bottom means it won’t easily fall over in the ice bath, which I appreciate!

I use this mainly to scald my milk.I am not impressed with the nipple of the bottle as it always pushes in when my baby is trying to drink out of, so I have to correct it a few time 🤦🏻‍♀️Also it’s to hot so it needs a sleeve , I bought mainly to scald milk but I liked the look of it and tried it twice for bottle feeding and overall wouldn’t recommend for bottle feeding

Looks nice, that's for sure...but not that great since nipple is hard, long, and can to even place warm drinks in it because by baby refuses to hold it. Will have to consider getting a sleeve for it.

My favorite bottle EVER totally leak proof and the drinks stay warmer longer even more so with the sleeve. I wish there was more colors on here I would buy them all!!!

The bottle is light weight but nipple quality is pathetic, only after 2 days use it stopped working .Not worth buying 🙁

Love these bottles. They wash up well and don’t leak!! I had other bottles before and they stared leaking a week after I got them. It’s been about three months and no leaks yet!
