I swim laps at the gym wearing a monofin and often a full fabric tail over it (you can judge, but it makes exercising really fun!), so while my movements aren't as forceful as someone who swims competitively, I do spend a lot of time completely underwater. I was getting tired of only being able to swim on my back above the waterline and on my front below, unless I blew bubbles constantly. Having water up my nose is also one of the most abhorrent sensations out there, just in my humble opinion. Enter: these things! So, the value for what you pay is great; I have plenty to toss in my gym bag, overnight bags, purse, goggles cases, etc. I can coordinate the colors to match my goggles, my tail, or whatever else I want! The hardest part was figuring out how to get them on so they stayed, and if you have greasy skin like mine, you'll probably want to wash your face before swimming, as counterintuitive as that is. The plugs were tight at first and loved to slip off the tip of my nose and shut again, but after a few wears it's no longer a problem! I also have a septum piercing and at no point did they agitate it, although I'm sure it would be a different story for nostril piercings. Outside of not being able to breathe through my nose, wearing these feels like total freedom! Now I can swim upside down underwater and do spins, flips, handstands and more, all without worry! Swimming is even more fun now than it was before and as a result I have more to do in the water and get more exercise. I'm glad I bought these and I think you will be too! If you've always wanted to move gracefully underwater in any direction, just like a mermaid, give them a shot!

These are great for children. Squeeze their noses just the right amount and my kids are finicky.

These things hurt. Also the little cushions fall off easily.

If you’re asking how can I ruin my summer day at the pool, this remarkable piece of junk is your answer. And just when you think the fun is over, wait, you get to experience this again and again for up to 14 times with the Hurdilen ridiculously bad nose plug. And if you act now, they’ll even throw in a free set of steak knives that won’t cut a thing and probably will also sink. 0 stars would be too many.

Works well and price makes it so not too bad if they get lost

Excellent for the price, if a bit brittle. The more expensive ones are less likely to snap, but I went for these, as l'm always losing them. These do the job.

These are the only nose plugs my daughter (7) has liked AND they are the only plugs that fit her tiny nose. The quality is top notch. Very happy with these.

Good nose clips. My 8 year old daughter use them every time on pool, quite comfortable and hold well.
