A middle school student introduced this journal to me last week, and I am completely hooked on using this edition. The layout of the journal eliminates having to teach students how to prep their journals manually to create the table of content pages, number the pages, and the signatures section. Say goodbye to crooked lines! The color of the sheet is a warm hue designed to reduce fatigue compared to the $2 quadrant journal available at local retail stores. The binding and blind scores help secure the pages with ease. Take it from a PLTW Facilitator, the journal is a PERFECT resource for a technology and/or engineering academic program.

I am a STEM student, i use this everyday. This notebook is extremely underrated, This is by far the best engineering notebook I have found. The cover is great, the first page is an info page to write everything, the following pages are table of contents pages for all 113 pages(the actual graphed pages start on page 6). Each page has spots for a signature and date along with spots for the signature of a witness. I love this notebook and will buy this again. My only negative comment would be that the pages are not thick so if you use a pen that leaks ink it may bleed through.

The cover is thick and sturdy, and it has a very soft, matte feel to it. The paper doesn’t bleed or ghost. It’s simple, very high-quality, and has all of the elements you need in a lab notebook (when you don’t need copy pages) or graph paper.

Love this writing pad. Has all the features that I have had to manually add to other grid pads such as; TOC, numbered pages, continued to and from areas and best of all its grid paper. Also, the paper is thick enough to write on both sides with a gel pen.I will continue to purchase and use these pads as long as the quality is as good as these are.I would suggest an area for a date, perhaps next to the pages number. This addition would earn another star.

These are cute engineering books and my students love them. Just the right size.

My son loves this notebook for his schoolwork. The pages are a grid/quad format, so it’s great for the science and math courses. Overall the pages of the paper are thick enough to avoid bleed through including with the use of fountain pens.This notebook is great!
