I was able to get off meat by drinking these, so it helps my soul feel less guilty! It helped me not get hungry, I drank 3 a day for a month(1 of each flavor, breakfast/lunch/dinner). Unfortunately I am allergic to one of the ingredients. My tongue got more and more tingly, so I won’t be reordering but will finish off the ones I have. I have many food allergies, so it’s not the company’s fault. Because of my allergies, I didn’t see any difference in energy levels(my food reactions make me tired). I did see my body change, swelling went down around my face and my eyes look brighter, but I was also drinking mushroom coffee for breakfast. I would definitely recommend these if you don’t have food allergies. I live an hour from grocery stores and they don’t have much organic produce, so this is a good option that requires no work to eat healthy. It is also easy to store in my tiny house without refrigeration. In terms of flavor green is best, then purple, then orange IMO. I can drink most anything though, so I may not be a good judge of drink ability. Even if you don’t want to use them forever, it makes a great juice cleanse for a month.

The Balance superfood shot is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it. I have been trying various superfood shots to get more fruits and vegetables in my diet, and this one is superior in taste, content, and packaging. The bottles and cap are metal, which makes it extra cold when drinking it, and it's nice to use something that isn't in a plastic container. I have purchased multiple 6-packs and 12-packs. No matter what quantity I have ordered, six shots are packaged in a sturdy flat box. The size and shape of the boxes make them extremely easy to store, and they protect the bottles from damage.I love the taste, which I think is sort of pineapple/citrus. The contents are not entirely smooth, so it resembles blended fruit and vegetables. When I first tried it, I was taken aback by the tartness of the pineapple taste, but now I think it tastes great and I look forward to drinking them. I have tried many other products that taste terrible, and this one is great. I have added it to my Subscribe & Save and use a bottle nearly daily.

I have consistently left great reviews about the benefits of this product. Historically, I have had problems opening the 'green' bottles (I purchase the variety mix). But the orange bottles are just as difficult to open as the green ones now. The top does not catch and it twirls endlessly. The only way to open the top, to separate it from the strip of aluminum that holds it in place is to use a knife to cut the connectors between the top and the strip. Dulling knives, risking cutting my hand, and wasting time. Will be purchasing the other brand from now on and terminating my subscription. Quality control is missing for the tops.

Wanted to use to get daily vegetables when I couldn’t eat full meals during the day because of work and everything going on. Taste wasn’t horrible. Not amazing but for the price you could find something better.

Great product- and I am happy to support a local business. First heard about this superfood shot from a nutritionist who had tried it. I did some research and Life Equals only uses top notch natural ingredients, so I thought I would give it a try. Have only been using these shots for a week, so I can't really tell if they have made a huge positive difference, but I feel good just knowing that even if I forget to eat enough fruit/veggies, this will make up for some of those nutrients.I also plan to give this to my husband when he travels and doesn't have a chance to eat well.Only drawback is that they are expensive, but I realize that they would have costs in producing a high quality product.I am very pleased with the taste and format, hopefully I will also see the benefits of using it long term.

I liked the idea of this and the convenience so bough the sampler to try it out. My husband and I both tried each flavor and just could not get past the taste, especially the Turmeric, as others have been saying. There is no way we would be able to drink these regularly. We expected that it would not taste wonderful but not like this. The price is a little high as well. It's a No Go for me.

I wrote telling you I had an issue taking off the twist cap. and today I got a whole box REPLACED!! What amazing customer service. I religiously take one a day and would not be without. I get very boated from vegies, but I have NO trouble digesting the Balance. LOVE this product! Thank you for taking care of me. Happy New Year!
