This s*%^ is awesome! I have so much energy after I take it, like noticeably different. But not jittery like with caffeine it’s like my body finally ya something it needs to function! I stay in a super good and energetic mood for hours after taking it but have no problems falling asleep later. Perfect.

I seriously believe this is diluted or something. I've been using one drop at least 5-6x's per week for months. 1 drop allegedly = 650microgram. I don't take the suggested 3 drops since the 2 times I took only 2 drops, it affected me emotionally where I became combative and had too much energy.But I've had hair fallout recently and I know it's not anemia/iron deficit so I did a patch test on my inner arm near wrist. Within 4 hours the stain was completely gone! That's a big problem.Thankfully I have a J Crowes Lugols bottle here and immediately started taking 5 drops per day the past few days. I should NOT be deficient in iodine if just 1 drop = 650 micrograms.*If you do buy this brand, periodically do iodine patch tests to see where you're at*
