Scratches easily.
Bought as a replacement, for original lens seemed to scratch easy even though using soft lens cloth (Lasted 3 seasons). It does fog up easy unless using elec cord. Very pricey now! $100, compared to $70 3 yrs ago. Hopeful it lasts longer than 3 yrs.

Easily scratched, early malfunctioning heat. I've done with HJC. (Poor packing from seller also.)
I have replaced my helmet shield four times now, once because the laminate separated, and three times because of the scratches. I use a microfiber cloth to wipe it clean, but eventually it becomes scratched again to the point where I don't like to look through it. I like the heated shield for snowmobiling - it does work well, but my next helmet will be a different brand I think.Too add to my HJC issues, the seller folded the shield in half and stuffed it into a box. I don't believe it was the cause for the premature malfunction, but I'm sure it didn't help either....

Careful,it scratches easy on the inside.
Fits great but you have to be very careful as it will scratch easily on the inside. Use a clean micro fibre cloth.
