Broke during first use. Removed the earpiece from the box and plugged it into my radio. Transmitted once successfully and on the second transmission nothing. I plugged in my Motorola speaker mic to make sure it wasn't the radio and was able to transmit fine Next time I will spring for the Motorola earpiece. This product is an absolute waste of money and time.

It didn't fit my radio and return shipping would have cost almost as much as the ear piece. Disappointed.
