I have folate deficiency anemia that made me very very sick. I continually repurchase this product. It has helped me regain my health back and when I stop taking it, it's a quick downward turn in my health over a few weeks. The only side effect I experienced was the insomnia when I ignored the instructions and took it before bed. As long as I follow the directions I don't have any negative side effects. I find it much more effective than the kind folate in the shops and common vitamin brands. Please don't stop making it.

It seens like a good product. I usually have ulcers when I dont have vit B supplements. But after taking these it seem to have settled.

This is a great multivitamin, with good amounts of the best forms of various vitamins. Having tried some well-known brands over the years without much success, I was a bit sceptical at first, but with this multivitamin I have felt a noticeable boost in energy.

Disturbed sleep even though I take only one tablet on a morning.

Unfortunately it makes you sleepy few days wasted doesn't help.
