They may not move easily but you could try a pair of long nose pliers and carefully adjust them, but remember ti do ut in small increments.

Q: what level does the sun glasses go to. ie Level 2 or 3 (how dark etc) ?

The level is more 2 than 3 and is more a shsde of mediun grey than dark grey
