The oem fine filters are glued on. i’m assuming so nothing gets passed. do any particles get passed these filter frames ?

Watch the dust on the filter and the machine will give alerts to change the Dirty filters.we must remove and replace with fresh ones.

Are these made in the USA?

When there are misspellings and/or grammar errors in the product description it is unlikely that it is made in the USA.

How easy are these to assemble? I only used the original filters and have never tried this type. I don't want to buy and have to fumble with them.

Very easy, once you realize that there is only one way they fit into the frame (not exactly rectangular) the fit is precise. Next you snap the framed filter onto the second (very much like the original) then slide right into the unit the same as you do now. The filtration is so much better, a finer filter coupled with the foam filter and both are disposable. No more washing and wringing. They are cheaper, better and once you see how easy they work you will be very pleased. BTW I have arthritis in my hands, fingers and that doesnt inhibit using theses fine filters whatsoever. Try them, they are less than my co pay for one resmed filter.

Inexpensive For The Amount

This can be a bit intimidating at first. I purchased this and only used the ones put together for a while. I ran out of supplies and tried to figure it out. It's extremely easy and I should not have waited so long to check the instructions. That's totally on me. They work well and are very inexpensive for as many filters as you get. 100 percent will buy again in the next few months. I have a Phillips Dreamstation. If it looks like it fits your machine, seriously make the purchase and don't be intimidated by putting filters on the reusable ones.

These filters simply work. So, you have to put a little extra time in to assemble a filter set…there’s four frame sets by the way, so I’d recommend building four and you’re all set for a while. But for this price? 52 filters? You can’t beat it. Especially since they’re good quality material. I’m reordering. Went through a box and then went back to the old style for a while. Wasn’t very smart on my part. Costs way more to keep filters around. This is the way to go. Little box…whole bunch of filters. Good filters too.

I like to keep my CPAP very clean and replace my filters at least monthly or more. In the spring I do it every two weeks because of the pollen in the south. This is a very economical way to give me peace of mind. If the filter looks dirty I go ahead and replace it knowing that it doesn't cost much.The filters fit perfectly and are very easy to put together. I don't know why you would go anywhere else to get filters. One of the filters is washable, but I don't know why you would bother. I will continue to purchase this product and highly recommend it.
