Easy to mount, perfect placement and very comfortable.

I needed minimal back support during travel, especially more than 2 hours on a plane. This memory foam pillow provided even support, is great material and has been a simple game-changer for comfort. Perfect small size to fit in the small of my back for airplane seats that don’t have lower back support (then I use it in rental car). The existing stretch-strap on rear of the pillow may be good for an office chair, but no use for me. I compress the pillow with some stronger webbing with a clip and easily compress & store in my carry-on / backpack. Samsonite makes great reliable products, but should design a strap-compression option for travel of the exact pillow. I compared and bought multiple other options and this was the best.

I'm surprised that Amazon says this item is frequently returned. I ordered mine about a year ago and am ordering another simply because the cushion isn't quite as firm as it was when it was new and the elastic straps have lost some elasticity. While it doesn't support my neck as much as I'd like, it does support my head, which helps to relieve the pain I'd been having in my neck and shoulders when I drove (or as a passenger). It supports my head by cradling it with its mild --v-- shape. Just that small thing makes a BIG difference. So, while this neck support cushion isn't ideal, it's leaps and bounds better than nothing. I don't know why car seats aren't designed with neck support in mind, but until car manufacturers change it, I'll keep using this cushion.

Oh, if only the strap wasn't so lousy. It stretches very easily and will start to deform if the cushion isn't a permanent fixture, but the pillow itself is beyond excellent. I've had one on my office chair for literally years, one is in my personal car, and I have a few that I rotate on a work vehicle. I'll eventually have to replace those straps with likely velcro fasteners, and I probably should dock a mark for the straps, the the cushions themselves are so good that it would be unfair to do so.

The cushion is nice. The only issue I have is this pillow is a little too big and too wide vertically, that makes my head uncomfortable because it can't really lay down. If it can be shorter to just support the neck then the head will not stick out uncomfortably.

So nice to have something behind my neck. I had to get a gel back cushion for my back. That made the gap behind my neck really deep and uncomfortable. This took up the spaced and is really supportive but soft.

I appreciate that if I have an accident my head will have this cushion to fall back on instead of getting whiplash because of too much space between my head and the seat in my car.

Wow, wot a beautiful cushion for my neck. I m keen to try their cushion for the seat. Beautiful, the less I write, the better. Just buy if you want support for ur neck.

Sehr angenehmes Nackenkissen, aber aufgrund meiner Sitzgeometrie nur auf längeren Strecken nutzbar. Auf Kurzstrecken würde ich diese Position niemals einnehmen, weil sie eben unnatürlich ist – aber sie ist gesund für mich. Auf der Autobahn oder Ähnlichem bestimmt sehr angenehm. Ich werde die Bewertung in ein paar Monaten überarbeiten, sobald ich meine Außendiensterfahrung teilen kann.
