Every middle-aged woman should consider
Not sure as am taking a lot of supplements, but this seems to be helping curb hot flashes and knee pain. Maybe even getting better sleep. And the price is great. Will keep you posted.

Good Stuff!
I use this during the second half of my cycle since I seem to be a bit low on progesterone and it is working beautifully. My cycles are clockwork and I'm feeling good. I take it in the evening, as I find it does make me feel a little sleepy.
