In case you're wondering, I had no problem through security in USA or Europe.
My big worry was whether this would cause any trouble going through airport security. We used this on a few trips this summer around the USA and Europe. We went through TSA security 4 times, and European security at FCO, CDG, TXL, HEL and ZRH flying Iberia, EasyJet, Finnair and American Airlines, and never had any problems with security. We just pulled it out, and said this is medication, and every time it was no problem.

I LOVE IT!
I purchased this Insulin Cooler for my trip to the UK. I needed something that can keep my insulin cool for the 10 hour flight. It worked like a charm! If anyone is wondering... I did put it on my carry-on, and I had no problems going through security in Los Angeles Airport and at the Heathrow Airport in London.

Did not hold temperature longer than 6 hrs.
I searched high and low for a product that would stay cold for at least 12 hours. I had high hopes for this product! I need to travel with my daughters Genotropin (growth hormones) which need to stay between 36-46 degrees F. I did 2 trial runs to make sure this product worked as noted, but sadly it does not. The temp starts out too cold around 9 deg out of the freezer then gets up to 46.5-51 deg w/in 6 hours. At the 12 hr mark the digital thermometer read 60-64.

Doesn't Stay cold as long as advertised
I was very disappointed with this product. It didn't stay cold anywhere near 72 hours. I travel overseas and I thought this would be the product for me to safely travel with my medicine I couldn't of been more wrong. Such is life, buyer beware.

does not hold temp to what it advertised.
My insulin is in bottles and must be kept between 35 to 45F. It's hard to get your container at that temp. If you put it in the freezer than its too cold and if you put the container in the refrigerator it can't hold temp for more than 8hrs.

It is solid
This is my second one, I like it because of it’s size. What I don’t like about is the instructions, they are the worst❗️ I am sure that is because it is imported from China. Delivery was fast this time, last time it took a month.
