Some modification required.
The parts are well made and very easy to install....UNLESS....you are using them on a newer interior door. The width is too narrow for the bolt/nut combo to tighten against. I was able to use a shim behind one of the plates so that the bolt would tightn without bottoming out in the nut.

Great Quality
We use this product often to cover door knob or dead bolt holes that won't be needed anymore. This is a nice heave metal. You can change the look by spray painting the color of your choice. Easy to use, secure because the screw is on inside of the door. They fit over a 2 1/8 inch hole. Great pricing.

Measure width of door 1st
Changed lock and door handle of front door. Covered the extra hole left from old door handle. We did have to enlarge the hole just a ted bit to fit. But it barely reached. We thought we were going to have to send it back. My fault. I forgot to measure the width of our door. But it did screw in just enough to tighten well. Good thing it is constructed to screw in without hassle because the screw is visible on the inside of the door. Still looks good!

Didn’t fit my 1” 3/8” door
Well, it stayed loose. I thought Initially the thingy magingy made it not screw all they way but I did it without the plates and saw that it does go through and that is not the problem. Tried to find a shorter bolt to no avail and the cut it but didn’t have correct tools. I someone thought of using spaces and found couple rubber grommets. They worked out great. Not the greatest look but at least it’s not loose no more.
