Well made and well worth it!! Wanted to get a rope to bring with me to LA Fitness after all this covid crap lol. The ropes at every gym I’ve ever been are the most disgusting piece of equipment in the joint. I hated using them and they are impossible to disinfect. So solution, buy my own that only I get to use haha. Ordered the larger 36” rope , more versatility with exercises. And I am very happy I did. Any shorter and this wouldn’t have been worth it IMO. The 36” rope is GREAT, allows u to do all triceps exercises known to man with full extension and even some shoulder stuff like face pulls , etc since it’s long enough to extend out a good deal. It’s well made and I’ve yet to have a single gripe about it. got the blue and black one and it looks dope as hell that’s for sure. I use it everyday and it’s held up great. And the rope has some coating on it or something that keeps it dry no matter how bad I sweat (I hate the ropes gyms have that r just bare rope and get absolutely DISGUSTING in 1 use haha). It also was easy to work the rope into form. It easily lined up in the center , not sure how but it did, and after a couple uses it’s already starting to take that form so it’s perfectly symmetrical every time I pull it out. I mean tricep rope for this price at this quality, it’s a no brainer

I loved this product. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this and saw how thick the rope is and very sturdy. Great handles and easy to grip. I will definitely get good use of this. Quality is great. Very happy customer.

Quite solid. Couldn’t decide between a short or the long version so I went with the long version. I think it gives you better range of motion with tricep pull downs. I also use it for cable crunches.

Rope seems like good quality, so far the threading seems resilient, but is not completely tight. The rope is a little less thick than I expected. However, it does the job for any exercise needs. Get the longer size. It provides more versatility for exercises.

This tricep rope is very sturdy and comfortable to use. The grip feels solid, the length is perfect, and it works great for tricep pushdowns and other exercises. Excellent quality for the price.
