The Lie Detector Game Adult Party Game

So far so good you have to be careful how you play if you have to answer yes or no and you really have to be in the presence of someone that you really don't want to answer certain types of questions with. So it's a good game and it really seems to pick up the anxiety in your voice. Or whatever it is that's in your voice when you lie it seems to be able to pick it up. It's giftable it's easy to carry it's a little handle on it it seems to work really good and for $15 you can't beat that Target sells the same game for $40 which is completely ridiculous. I don't know if we're going to keep the game or not it was a gift with a friend so even if I end up returning it I still give it a thumbs up

I bought this as a family game during Christmas. First time all of us had been together for Christmas in a while. We had so much fun! We were up until 2 am playing on Christmas Eve. It was good for the various ages in attendance. You could probably modify some questions for little ones if you wanted to. Our youngest playing was 15. It was a lot of fun! You should try this one.

Surprisingly engaging and not completely illogical. The system actually has some real mechanics it seems although not very sophisticated which I can expect considering it's meant to be a game.The card deck of questions is a bonus to give you a head start.Although it can get a bit monotonous after a while

First, I want to say that the build quality is surprisingly good. It has a nice design and is made of durable plastic with rugged feel. It is a toy nevertheless and functions with minimal accuracy. It's capability is fairly limited as it is designed for use only with "yes/no" questions. You can easily fool it if you try, however it is a deterrent and probably keeps the honest people honest by it's very presence. Despite the theatrical lights and sounds, it would sometimes signal that you were not answering truthfully when you were, and signal you were being honest even when you are intentionally lying (to test it's detection ability).There are two decks of cards included and each card has two questions on it. With two people playing and using only one of the questions on each card, we went through all of the included cards in a fairly short period of time, and we did experience an occasional repeat of a question. Granted, there are two questions to each card, so we can go a second round before using up all of the questions. A few of the cards had questions with blanks in the middle where you insert your choice of words to complete the question. This was really good, in that I used that type of question multiple times and just inserted different words. In my opinion, if they made all the cards that way (with a fill in the blank), the game would have more appeal as it would last a lot longer. Granted, you can make up your own questions, and perhaps, we may write some, but that takes effort and isn't that the purpose of the game's inventors and why you paid them for the product?---so that you wouldn't have to? LOL.After playing this game, we ordered a real voice analyzer which allows you to ask/use something other than just "yes/no" questions. We plan to experiment and compare it's accuracy to this toy. I will keep you posted. 😊

Nothing wrong with game when I got it and still is fine. Fun to play with friends for a laugh but more suited for larger groups. This is not the hand buzzer lie detector if that’s what you are looking for. This game just relies on your voice to detect lies so sometimes it can be inaccurate but it’s just for the laughs.
