Training Wheels Bicycle Stabilizers for Kids Bike Support Rear Wheels for 12 14 16 18 20 Inch Kids Bicycle

Bought these for my son last week. They were so sturdy and easy to install, just bought another set for my daughter’s bike, as her old ones were not sturdy and very wobbly. Great product and price.

It's been hard trying to find training wheels for my daughter. She is 3, and we were gifted with a 12 inch bicycle, with no training wheels. We had bought another set of training wheels, but the bracket was not sturdy, and the wheels kept bending. Took a chance on these, and was quite impressed on most levels. Despite not having an angled strut to add rigidity, the bend on these held up very nicely, even when she was toppling over with her full weight on one side. I've used these for a few months now, so they've been through their paces.What I did NOT like was the installation. While these screwed in much like every other training wheel, the length was rather long (to be expected in order to accommodate such different heights for wheel sizes). At the 12 inch level, there was just so much metal sticking up high above the axle that I was afraid my daughter would scrape herself. I ended up taking a saw to the excess metal, and trimmed that down to near the axle height. I left enough for me to adjust to the 14 inch level in the future, but not more than that. I then dipped the end in liquid rubber coating to prevent any inadvertent cuts. This worked out extremely well, and the daughter has no trouble with it. If you're willing to put in some additional work, they are sturdy enough to handle most children!

She hasn’t eaten gravel yet so I’d say they work perfectly. ALTHOUGH, they were a complete pain to instal cuz the metal is curled, not forgiving and the bolts are just too short. They will never come off her bike again.

I was really excited for these but the design adds so much thickness at the rear axle I couldn’t use the locking bracket on the chain side and still get the nut to catch. Tried 4 quick rides (20 pedals or less) using the chain side one without the bracket but it slipped and scratched up the paint on the frame. This design would work well for a bike with a longer axel bolt but won’t work for us.

Set up was easy but it did not last at all. I bought this for my sons 20in bike. On the first use it failed us. It was terrible 20 minutes into our bike ride around the neighborhood the plastic around the wheel broke. My husband had to ride his bike back to house to come pick us up

Super easy to install and works well. Although the tire spool on the bike was a tad short, so I had to go purchase another bolt to get the wheels installed firmly.

The installation instructions very easy to follow, but the install took almost an hour, perhaps because of the bike. But after these training wheels were installed, we find that they bend and are unable to take the weight of the bike or keep it stable on anything but the most level surfaces. Disappointing product. Avoid buying it.

My kids have some motor skill issues, but they love to ride their bikes. These are the perfect size training wheels. They were easy to install.
