I like to use a toothbrush with a light medium bristle but our family dentist keeps harping on switching to brushes with a soft bristle. Have tried switching to soft several times, and found this Colgate toothbrush to be a happy alternative.Really like a toothbrush with bristles that get in and around each tooth with a little scrubbing power. Most 'soft' style toothbrushes feel like trying to brush with a wet paper towel... but these Colgate toothbrushes clean just like I like -- in and around each tooth, leaving my teeth with that most excellent squeaky-clean feeling.Since I go through a toothbrush about every six weeks, functionality and cost are the two biggest factors in my toothbrush purchase decision. This four-pack is priced right, they work well for me, the brush is comfortable in my hand, and the heads don't fall apart in the six weeks or so that I use them... that is all I really need from a toothbrush.If you have similar conditions and are looking for a decent, economical toothbrush for daily use, I recommend these.

This toothbrush never disappoints. So many bristles of all sizes to reach all around your teeth. Wide head to clean all around.This package however was the first one that wasn’t as soft as normal. It felt more like a medium.Still, this had been my go to for several years.

I had looking for a toothbrush that would help me with plaque. I have a problem with this issue on the bottom row of my front teeth. The brush head is smaller and the bristles on this brush are thinner/narrower than some brushes I have used and am able to get into those tight spaces around all my teeth. I have been able to keep this problem area cleaner and the bristles are soft. I am glad I found a toothbrush to help me keep my teeth healthier.

These toothbrushes are softer than I expected. Otherwise they are perfect.

UPDATE - May 2016 - When I wrote my initial review the color scheme on these looked different. Each handle was blue and white with small color accents. You had to look closely to see the difference between the four in the set since blue was the primary color of all four. That is no longer the case so these are now much easier to identify.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I appreciate that this 4-pack is available through Amazon's "Add-on program" and that the free Prime shipping extends to military APO/FPO addresses. I like the head/bristle design on this toothbrush and the integrated tongue cleaner. If you don't share a bathroom and you're buying these to use for yourself the blue handle theme works fine. The same is true if you're having these shipped to a military address and they are going to be distributed to a group that isn't keeping them in the same toothbrush holder. However, if you're intending to use these in a common shared bathroom toothbrush holder you might want to consider if the slight color variations on the toothbrush heads are enough to help you identify whose is whose. I am much less likely to pick up a toothbrush that isn't mine if the handles are different colors. If you are sharing a toothbrush holder with a guy like me you're probably going to want that guy to have a toothbrush color that stands out and is distinctly different than the others. Guess I'm just not as observant as some when it comes to small details like the color variations in these toothbrush bristles.I last purchased the 4-pack in March of 2015 and paid $8.97.
