This is a very effective iron, however, initially I was shocked at the weight of it. ( 2.6 kilos / 5.7 pounds). Of course you don't notice this when its in use and probably adds to its great performance. It certainly saves me from having to put my own weight behind it. But this might be worth taking into consideration depending on your situation. Slick design, great cord cord length and overall good value for money.

It’s a lot bigger and heavier than I thought, but I guess that’s what the XL in its name indicates. It’s very easy to use, iron like a dream. Has a big water container, but it does use the water for steam quickly. I can manage with a full tank to iron 3 shirt. Overall I am very happy with it, because of its size makes the ironing much quicker.

Very good performance and helps cut down time spent ironing.Attractive appearance and innovative filter system to deal with scaling.It is a large iron so perhaps not so good for small ironing boards.Also quite heavy problems due to quality of the materials used.Quite expensive.Overall I am happy with it

Good quality steam iron, nice design with plenty water capacity. Easy to use and relatively light in weight. Long cord makes its easier to iron clothes. Definitely value for money.

Great Iron, bit on the heavy side, but irons the clothes well, also a bit expensive, otherwise would recommend

The iron itself is great, does what it says on the box. The weight is as expected, decent irons have weight. The handle is about the worst i have ever had on an iron. its uncomfortable, feels naff, plasticky and sharp. considering how many irons they must have made over the years getting a handle wrong is quite an achievemnet. Clearly the designer never used the iron or has done any ironing.

I was really excited about upgrading to the Tefal Ultimate Pure Steam Iron, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. After just three weeks of use, I started experiencing issues with the iron leaking water and spitting out limescale. This was especially disappointing because it's marketed as having an advanced anti-limescale filter system, but in my case, that simply didn’t hold true.Initially, the iron worked well, delivering a powerful steam boost and smooth ironing. However, these issues appeared relatively quickly, making it hard to enjoy the product long-term. The iron also feels quite heavy when the 350ml water tank is full, which made it difficult to use for extended periods without fatigue.While the iron itself looks and feels premium in hand, I expected better performance for the price. I had been using a much cheaper iron for years and decided to invest in this one to enhance my ironing experience. I read positive reviews and trusted the brand, but in the end, it fell short of what I expected.Unfortunately, I had to return it, and it left me quite disappointed. If you’re looking for a durable, reliable steam iron, this may not be the best choice.
