Perfect fit for my Weber Spirit EPX-325s
It's a quandary how to review something that you know is likely double the price because it's the official cover from Weber, and not some less fitted alternative. We bought our new Weber Spirit II EPX-325s GBS BBQ in July - for a few weeks we used my in-laws generic mid-sized BBQ cover. It was fine, but it blew around and it was old and DIDN'T look right on my nice shiny beautiful new barbeque!! So, I had a choice to make. New random brand, usually from China - decent enough, but would be a more generic fit. Or the official cover (this item) that Weber recommend for their 300 series BBQ, but it should also fit some of the larger 200 series e-models. Given dimensions are 106.68CM H X 45.21CM W X 129.54CM D It's pretty expensive. I think it cost me around £95, but at the end of the day it's protecting something far more valuable than that from the elements. I paid near enough £1000 for my BBQ and so I want to make sure it's protected in the best way. On this basis I think the Weber cover that is more fitted will do the best job. So I took the hit on the premium I had to pay. The cover has a reasonable weight to it. Not heavy, but enough to prevent the wind blowing it off. To help with that each side has a large velcro strap, which not only secures the cover to your BBQ more snuggly, but it also gives leeway for the various sizes in the range. The material feels great quality. Rain beads nicely on the top and runs straight off it. The only thing we haven't dealt with yet is the cold. Winter is coming, so I guess we'll see how it holds up - but there's a temptation to move it into the garage anyway by then. The only negatives I'd raise are the straps. They feel a little cheap compared to the quality of the cover. They're fine, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're the first parts to fail. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect better from Weber, and a cover costing nearly £100. Other than that I'm happy with it. I feel more comfortable that the cover will protect the BBQ properly, and I feel that it'll last for years to come. You just need to ask yourself if you're OK with the premium. I was. Others may prefer to opt with the generic version without the Weber brand name.

Smart but expensive
At full price this is crazy expensive and I think very hard to justify the price given the amount of alternatives. Discounted it becomes a better option. It looks very smart with the logo and obviously is designed to fit well. It's secure in the wind with the straps done up, doesn't drape on the floor getting all mucky and allows airflow. Waterproofing seems good - water beads off. It's a decent thickness, but I have seen thicker covers. Overall, smart and good quality. If you have a Weber BBQ you will likely want the Weber cover. It will be a test of time as most covers I have end up disintegrating due to UV damage in our south facing garden, so will see how this holds up in a year or two. 4* based on high price unless you can get at a discount.

Good Quality and fit
Quite expensive but good quality and fit. Paid extra purchasing a Weber cover in the hope it will last much longer than the cheaper alternatives.

Excellent cover, expensive but waterproof
This cover really is water proof, no moisture absorption. Hope it lasts as expensive. The side straps are a good feature.

Well Made, Good Weber Quality.
This is well made and fits our Sprit II 320 perfectly. Weber stuff is always pricey, but buy cheap stuff and you’ll get rubbish quality that doesn’t last.

Protects the bbq in bad weather
This cover is very hard wearing and lasts for years compared to others. The fabric is strong and it washes well in a machine. It’s also easy to fasten on and off.
