I <3 Mama noodles, soup, stir fry, ramen omlette monstrosities, perfect for struggle meals and more!
Ramen is a... Likely unhealthy portion of my diet, however I do make it into proper dishes to help some. So far, I've liked Mama noodles the best for flavor and for the texture of the noodles. I usually keep the spice packet out of my noddles, but I'll use these as a base dish for making something really good. With the pork one, I at least get myself some spam, eggs and some mixed frozen veggies from the store. To make a good bowl of ramen soup, fry up an egg normally how you like eggs say for breakfast (I adore a soft sunny side up), then fry up a few slices of spam with some soy and honey for a mock teriyaki, or if you have a favorite teriaki recipe or sauce go on with yourself. Toss a handful of the veggies into the broth as you cook up the noodles, top up with the spam and egg and you've got yourself a good bowl of ramen. Or, alternatively, cube up some spam, blend one or two eggs up with chopsticks or a fork, cook the ramen with a handful of the veggies and some butter or your preffered oil and keep cooking down till it's somewhat dry but still really moist, push to a side of the pan, and fry up the spam, mix it into the noodles, then cook the egg till it's about half done and mix in too. Ramen omlette is basically the stirfry only with at least two eggs. I usually use three. Fry up the cubed spam first, toss it and the veggies in with the noodles as you make 'em. As the noodles cook and cook down, mix and beat the eggs, the more you beat the better. Some people like to add the seasoning to the eggs for this, I like to keep the seasoning with the noodles and toss a bit of either total seasoning or seasoned salt in the eggs along with a splash of water or milk. The more you beat the fluffiier the end product will be (good thing). Once the noodles are mostly dry, add some butter or oil to the pan with the noddles, mix so everything gets coated, then toss in the egg and cook long enough to mostly set, then flip and you'll have a ramen omlette/pancake/monstrosity that tastes better than it looks, especially with a little siracha or ketsup. Including the cost of mostly generic brands of a big tub of margarin/butter, total seasoning, siracha, teriyaki/soy sauce, the eggs, spam and veggies, for making up a half decent struggle meal with mama noodles is about 35 to help out all 30 of the packs you're buying with this bulk pack, with mama noodles being 25 aprox at the time of this writing, you're looking at about 2 bucks a meal give or take a lil with your local taxes. There's more you could add/do, but with Ramen this is usually the bottom line for most yeah? There's lots of things you can do to elevate further(toasted nori, turn the eggs into onsen/ramen eggs, use actual pork, etc etc etc), but this is just a tiny review, not a blog. Go do your own research! lol

Was pleasantly surprised. Will be buying more!
The spicy pork MAMA ramen noodles taste great! Easy to cook - simply boil water then pour onto the noodles. Has a silky noodle texture that's superior to other ramen noodles I've tried. The broth has a somewhat Italian pork sausage flavor to it which is wonderful. I'm glad the chili pepper was included as an optional packet since I don't like it. Very good quality. Noodle packs aren't as large as most others but it's still filling.

Exactly the same as you can get in stores
Almost impossible to find locally, this has been one of my favorite instant noodle soups for years. Great price, product tastes exactly what you can buy in store. 10/10. For those who haven't tried it, the product is a somewhat spicy (even without the additional chili packet used) so don't purchase this if you can't handle a bit of spice. It's absolutely delicious for a quick, cheap, easy meal.

Delicious, Affordable, Versatile
So yummy! I add an egg, green onions, a bit of diced garlic, and MORE hot chili and it's SOOOOOOOOOOO satisfying. There noodles are so curly and satisfying to slurp (sounds gross, but it's actually delicious lol). They're chewy as long as you don't overcook them, but you're legit just putting them in a bowl and adding hot water for 3 min. This little package packs a huge punch and you can do anything you want with it to melt it to your taste

Better than I even hoped for. (UPDATE: use it quickly - 1 star off for short shelf life)
September 2020: The Best By date on these is December 2020 (purchased February 2020), but they are already tasting a bit rancid. They tasted fine when I got them so I guess they just go bad really quickly. The flavor packets stay good, just the noodles go bad. This was my third purchase, and this time I’m really certain. I would store in the fridge whatever I thought I wouldn’t eat within 3-4 months. Both my previous purchases I ended up throwing out about half the packages because they’d gone rancid. I kept the flavor packets though, and used them with some 5/$1 ramen from the dollar store, and that was fine. Previous review: I’m almost addicted to these things. Second purchase. If it’s not quite restaurant Tom Yum flavor (which I sometimes find overly sweet anyway), for around $.50 and three minutes, it sure scratches that itch. If I substituted some canned mushrooms, cooked shrimp, and cilantro for the noodles, I think it’d come pretty close. Can’t wait to try adding some coconut milk for a Tom Kha. Could an instant soup be any cozier in the autumn? I have a low to medium tolerance for spicy-ness and without the chili powder added, I find this level pleasantly warm. My last purchase was a bit short-dated and the noodles tasted slightly off, but this round is good and fresh with a reasonable 9-month best-by date. About $16 with Prime shipping.

Good PHO what ails you
I've purchased this product more times than I can remember from oriental markets. Now I get it online thru Amazon. The quality has not changed. MAMA products have always been my go to brand as well as Lobo. Fast, easy and nice amount of noodles. Spices are right as long as you follow using right amount of water. I lived in Thailand for few years and ate the street PHO almost daily. You can add a bit of crunchy peanutbutter to boiling water. Geen onion, pork, chicken or beef adds more substance.

I’ve developed an addiction. These things are so good! Loaded with sodium and msg. Help me!

Everybody knows that ramen are not necessarily the healthiest option, but they are tasty and inexpensive. I am no ramen expert but I love this brand. I also love the pork flavor. I mean, is there any other ramen brand that offers a pork flavor? I just like to enjoy these noodles now and then. Also, the box it comes in is kind of cool with Thai inscriptions on it. This is a thumbs up.

Great instant noodle. Flavour is unique like a real Tom Yum soup. There's a hint of lime/citrus taste in its spiciness, which makes it very refreshing. Spiciness level is low, you'll enjoy it even if you are not accustomed to hot flavour.
