Searched high and low for a nice, good priced ice bucket. This one fits the bill! It is very nicely made and a good size. The ice stayed ice for the entire night. We left it out overnight and, although it was mostly water in the morning, there were still a few ice cubes in there! I also like that it does not "sweat" and leave a wet mess all over the counter. I will use it for an wine bucket in the summer to keep my whites nice and chilly, too. Note that it does not come with tongs, so I purchased some here on Amazon. Although there is not a place specifically for the tongs, they sit nicely on the knob on the lid or hang nicely on one of the knobs on the side of the bucket. I got a 6" pair of tongs and they also fit nicely inside the bucket for storage. Would recommend this ice bucket as a gift or for yourself!

We splurged and bought this to use at our son's birthday party and it worked great. It was left outside in the shade in roughly 72-75 degree weather and when the party was over several hours later there was still ice left. Hardly any had melted at all. An ice bucket is no use if won't keep your ice from melting so get a good one. The design of the bucket is very nice also and we plan to use this at all our outside parties from now on.

Very nice ice bucket, and it does hold a fair amount of ice and keep it cold for awhile. When i was using it, i was serving a lot of drinks and so had the top off, but I'm sure if the top were left on the bucket the ice would stay colder longer. It managed very well for a 75 person outdoor party and maybe had to be refilled only 6-7 times.

been looking for a ice bucket for so long. When I was reading the reviews they were really good. So I decided to try it I am so pleased with it. It's. Beautifully designed. But the most important thing for me was keeping the ice from melting. So it definitely passed the test. It has been in the ice bucket for four hours now. And it still has not melted I truley love it. And can't. Wait to use it at our Christmas party this week end So yes I would highly reamend it this ice bucket

I purchased the wine cooler and ice bucket as gifts for my mother-in-law. I was surprised by how light in weight they were (which was a good thing for my mother-in-law). They certainly are Lenox quality and the price on Amazon was outlet store pricing. The only draw back is that there is not a set of tongs for the ice bucket. And choosing a set of tongs turned out to be time consuming... I recommend the Onieda silicone tipped ones. They were very classy and actually worked better than regular tongs. The only somewhat drawback is the color choices offered for the tongs.

Purchased the item because the advertisement said it was made completely of stainless steel and would "no" rust. It was purchased to be used outside in a patio enviroment and exposed to the harsh daily outdoor elements. Six month of outdoor exposure and it is exhibiting spots of rust on the outer edges of the lid. Otherwise very happy with the ice bucket.

When I bought this, I was afraid that it would be too small; however, it is the perfect size to hold enough ice for a small gathering. Even better, I can leave it on top of the bar when it is not in use because it looks elegant. Anything bigger might look too clunky. It is double-walled stainless and is not lined with plastic as many ice buckets are. Because stainless is so thin, I find that the interior space is the same as my previous, plastic-lined, larger-on-the-outside bucket. For the same reason, the top of this Lenox bucket is thin, so it doesn't have the same insulating properties as the body, but that's okay with me, especially since cold air sinks, not rises. Half the time, people leave the top off or to the side anyway. If you are looking for a more elegant or formal ice bucket than those found in most stores, you've probably found your bucket. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
