Love using these canisters for dried pasta, brown sugar and especially my coffee! It really keeps the coffee grounds fresh and I like that the canisters are clear so you do not have to guess what is in it. My confess stays fresh and I cut the label from the package so I will know what flavor of coffee I am drinking. The only criticism I have is that when you open the kids be very careful because they are so tight (which is a good thing actually) that you need to put your canisters on a flat surface, hold firmly and open the lid slowly. In careful with my thinks but I noticed the air pressure had to go somewhere and it will pop straight up if you don’t give the air time to release. So, I pop the lever carefully and lift the lid. When I am done, I close the lid down and the brace that secured the lid to the body of the canister does not slide very easily. That’s why you have to be careftwjen you open it. Otherwise, I love thesecanisters and they look good in my pantry. I plan to buy a couple more for some other dry goods and am looking for a good cookie jar for my husband. Any suggestions?

This is my second purchase of the Oggi canister set. Obviously I like them.While I've never had plastic canisters before, preferring glass ones, these Oggi containers are secure when the bail clasp is closed, just like glass containers.As Ive aged, gabs has become heavier when filled with pounds of sugar. After dropping and breaking 2 glass canisters due to arthritis in my hands, then needing to clean up flour or sugar for weeks afterword from nooks and crannies all over the kitchen, I ordered these plastic ones.They hold less and weigh less os they are easier for me to carry to buy cooking prep area. My second set came with handy scoops to use..I put them in a bowl and use them for tea, small portions of flout (for gravy) or to ladle sugar into my sugar bowl.After one wet winter, the first set had no clumping of the kosher salt or sugar and my brown sugar was not hard as a rock.I'm ordering a set of just small containers next for oatmeal and cookies..these are great handy containers. And not expensive which is always a good thing.

Love these canisters, I've bought 4 sets over a short period of time for various things, main one being Christmas gifts at the office. Easy gift idea in 3 steps:1.Find out a candy/nut/snack that your jerk coworker, moocher friend, milldly offensive family member, or insanely nosy neighbor likes.2.Fill the jar with whatever it is and put a bow on that sucker.3.That's it, don't work too hard.The jars are crystal clear and look great. They seal well and yet the lever to release the lid works incredibly easy. I work with some feeble wristed wimps (old people) and the first thing they all said to me was how easy it was to open and close. Each jar comes with a small spoon for easy portioning that has a loop to attach right on the side. I recently started storing flour and sugar in these as well and they not only keep it fresh and sealed but they look great sitting on my cabinet, no more hiding the ugly tupperware storage containers.

I returned these because they would not hold a full bag of sugar or flour. I needed something larger. However, they seemed to be very durable and good containers for other things or less amounts.

I just received this set of Oggi canisters today & I’m already writing a review because I’m so impressed! The set comes with 4 scoops, graduating in size to correspond with that size canister (S,M,L,XL). I didn’t see that in the product description or photos & was thrilled to see them in the jars! Terrific packaging: each spoon in it’s own sleeve; canisters in sleeves & in a heavily padded box from manufacturer. I use a lot of canisters in the kitchen & usually buy glass. The glass have more longevity in terms of appearance (acrylic scratches very easily) & being sturdier, but they’re far more expensive (this whole set costs about the price of 1-2 L size). I would buy these again & just not keep them stored on the countertop as they wear. A note to those who don’t have acrylic kitchen accessories: they can scratch very easily when you wash them & be mindful of using a high-heat dry setting in the dishwasher as that level heat could crack them. All in all a really nice product!

Para quem pode pensar que o preço é salgado, bom lembrar que cada pote vem com uma colher também em plástico ou acrílico. As colheres foram o diferencial para que eu comprasse o conjunto. Também vale lembrar que esses potes são ideais para alimentos SECOS. É imprescindível ler as especificações do produto antes da aquisição. Para mim os potes são perfeitos. Muito satisfeita.

Bueno les platico, estos contenedores yo los compré la primera vez en Estados Unidos y están muy buenos, para el precio están increíbles. Se ven tan lindos que los tengo afuera, sellan super bn. Me gustaron mucho y sobre todo que traen una cucharita del tamaño de cada frasco. Yo en realidad ocupaba solo dos y el tamaño es perfecto porque trae varios y pues elegi el mas conveniente para cada cosa que iba a almacenar (azucar y avena). No se que tan resistentes sean, eso esta por verse, si viera que algo cambia seguro actualizo mi reseña.

Good quality acrylic canister set that matches the tall singly sold pasta container that I also bought. I use them to store my most used bulk beans and lentils. Good enough to stay on your counter, and easily hidden in cabinet for storage. The positive seal and clamp means I can put my brown sugars in there without the double plastic bagging I formerly used to prevent moisture loss. Accompanying matching acrylic tablespoon is an added and generous benefit. Great way to display teabags, coffee singles at the coffee station.

I recommend these canisters to anyone who likes to keep their food fresh and their pantry to look pretty.
