It's awesome! I received the order at home in under 24hrs - great start to my first bottle of Pure C8 MCT Oil from Pure Health. The packaging is clear, easy to read and understand. There is hardly any taste to it, which I prefer and it's pleasant without a lasting aftertaste. I'm a bit odd in that I prefer to take it straight from the spoon, when it's high quality and tastes like this. I sometimes do the coffee thing with unsalted butter and oil (gives me a huge buzz and supports intermittent fasting very well). Over 10 years ago I cooked with another product and found it tainted my food. I think I'll try a homemade salad dressing mix with this product. After my first dose, I powered through my big day yesterday of travel and meetings. After my tablespoon dose, as I write this morning I can feel the (too many drinks) brain fog lifting and will be exercising shortly!

I've been looking for an alternative to the official Bulletproof stuff for a while now as it's just not viable to get it here in the UK anymore. I've tried a few alternatives over the past few months but they always seem to have a weird odour or taste to them. Thought I'd give this a go as it's literally half the price for the huge 1000ml bottle. It tastes and smells super clean and ticks all the boxes (non-GMO, organic and most importantly, NO palm oil!) I'm going to be sticking with this as my go-to oil for sure.

Perfect for bulletproof coffee and the bulletproof/keto lifestyle. It's a C8 oil, so it's tasteless/odourless/etc - not else much to say really apart from it seems ethically sourced and packaged and the customer services are really good. If you're into (or curious about) this lifestyle then there's no reason NOT to use this product! Will be purchasing again :-)

I was looking for an MCT oil that was not so costly as the bulletproof brand I have used before but still high quality. I was pleased to find this oil that is pure C8 (the good stuff), non-GMO coconut derived, BPA free bottle and produced by a British company

I have taken the C8 just couple of days now, and since its my first time, had a teaspoon direct on empty stomach..and then add a teaspoon to meals i eat. I am not following any particular diet, but from reviews I thought that I would still see some benefits of increased metabolism and reduced apetite..but none of that seems to happen. Did get a headache but that has passed.. Not sure what I am doing wrong, would love to get some help.

I used to use bulletproof Octane Oil and more than happy to find an alternative product. The blend ability of the product and tasteless nature means that it can be added to anything, and a great topping to food and salad dressings. Well presented, good sturdy bottle and delivered super promptly. Will be buying again
