After two years use in my home office - so in use most days actually - the product started splitting, making it unusable. Maybe two years is a realistic lifetime for this sort of thing, but I'm replacing with a different product from another manufacturer. I may be back for another one of these in a few years! It was perfectly good until it started splitting.

Had an identical carpet protector for sometime like this one but the previous one appeared to harden and started to crack and split.Didn’t put me off from replacing it with this one.Good advice from the supplier to soak the mat in warm water before laying it down to soften it. It worked a treat

Does the job but had to trim down the wings in order to fit it for corner desk.

Good advice as to how to great it flat from seller

Worth the work involved in getting them flat as they arrive rolled up, which I knew about. Does take some effort but they certainly lie flat in the end

The mat had to be unrolled and left to settle before use which took ages even in a warm room.My previous purchase of this type of mat (it looked the same but was a different brand and came flat) lasted 2 years in my carpeted home office.

Purchased in August 2022. Now starting to crack even though positioned and used exactly as illustrated. And no I am not a heavy weight....Not durable enough so, after just three months, appears to be a waste of money. No longer eligible for return.Cannot recommend.Would be pleased if supplier would still consider replacement
