I am absolutely delighted with the CASARIA® Set of 4 Garden Chairs! Order arrived with 5 left legs and 3 right so wouldn’t be a complete set. Messaged the supplier asking if a replacement set of legs or a right leg could be sent. I didn’t expect this to be possible. Sadly didn’t get a reply by e mail. Reluctantly repacked the box for return. Which would be a pain as I needed a printer. A package then arrived, with the right leg required. Quite a relief. The set goes together well. Like all mass produced imported self assembly patio furniture, it pays to not over tighten the fittings. Looks good, does the job and pretty pleased with the customer service.

These chairs are amazing! Very well made and easy to build. Very comfortable and they look amazing! Arrived well packaged too.

Great value

I ordered 8 chairs which came in two boxes of 4.I assembled the first set of 4 chairs without any problems in approx 30 mins.I opened the second box, checked the contents and proceeded to assemble them. It was only after assembling the first chair (from the 2nd set of 4) that I noticed that 2 set screws were missing but more importantly the legs supplied were incorrect. I had been sent 7 right side legs and only 1 left side leg, making it impossible to assemble the chairs. I contacted the seller, through Amazon, who sent out the correct parts. 8 days later I received the correct parts.One of the replacement legs, had a blob of weld inside one of the holes. Fortunately I had the correct size drill so I could re-drill the hole and clear it of the blob of weld.I found the chairs easy to assemble. I had no problem aligning the screws and holes. The chairs are comfortable and are at the correct height for the table we want them for. The seat base is quite long and tapered, so finding a seat pad/cushion to fit it may be a problem .One thing I dislike is the gold coloured set screws supplied, they stand out a mile. Why couldn't they have supplied black screws, which would have blended in with the rattan much better.Overall, for the money paid, I am happy'ish with the chairs. However I don't think I can recommend them because of the poor quality control.

One chair arrived damaged per photo. One chair when assembled was wonky per photo. Even with the feet adjustment set to the maximum allowable settings it was still wonky. Finally, alignment of the bolt holes between the seat and the arms was incorrect. It aligned on one arm but not on the other. I returned all 4 chairs for a refund as the quality was poor.

Really pleased with these chairs really easy to assemble fantastic value for money and are better quality than i had expected would highly recommend the front feet have adjustment screws on the foot incase your patio is uneven

Good quality garden chairs, quite sturdy and very comfortable, BUT impossible for me to assemble on my own.You definitely need two people to put them together.

En ambos embalajes de cuatro sillas, en cada uno, en la pata delantera el recubrimiento está cortado, para evitarme quebraderos de cabeza lo he reparado. Era un lío devolver estos paquetes, pero ya tengo la experiencia.
