I've only used it once so far but it seems up to the job, very strong & easy to use!

This is good for various exercises sturdy flexible they only Problem is the 2 Notches that hold the foot bar together keep flying Off mid exercise 🙈😡 it then come apart which is annoying it needs to be made Secure !!

This is brilliant. I used it with my sit up machine to create a rower. It works fantastic. This will do until i can get myself a real rowi g machine. 😊

Do not buy this product. It didn't even make it through opening the package before it fell apart in my hands.Awfully made and completely useless as one of the foot straps just wasn't attached.If I could give zero stars I would.Thankfully I got a refund.

I initially didn’t think they would be any good when I took them out the package but it’s all about technique with this, it’s more like rowing than a traditional sit up, perhaps later it will be be, however suggestions for improvement would be to make the stirrups a bit wider for the feet both in terms of getting feet in and length.

It's a fabulous product, little too light in use for me, taught it was stronger for strength exercise to use when I'm not at the gym. For a beginner it would be great.It is durable will stand test of time.

I bought this to enable me to keep fit while gyms are closed. It lasted 2 days before two of the strings broke in two.I've had to tie them to the handles to get some use from it.If you want something like this, pay a little bit extra and get something sturdier.

Fab for helping with sit ups/ crunches. Great resistance and made well so hopefully it will last a while. Definitely pleased with it.
