This is a great topic!With all the info about natural products, its great that someone has written a book on this subject!I know alot of women that would like to use homemade natural products in term of cosmetics and this book offers alot of healthy options.There are women in my life who I will be recommending this book to.I liked the way the chapters were broken down into easy to ready sections.Its clear that the writer has a passion for natural products and has put on her investigative hat on this subject and come up with some great ideas.Lots of well researched info here so I am happy to recommend this book.

I've always wanted to make my own makeup. The recipes in this book are simple and easy. I haven't tried any of the stuff yet but the ingredients are all good so I'm sure they will make my skin feel so much better. Also the book goes into why making your own makeup is important. It also lists the many ingredients in commercial makeup that are bad for you and why they are bad for you as well. I really liked this book and will continue to keep it to make my own makeup.

This is a very interesting read for all the ladies out there. It talks about all kinds of homemade make up, how to use them, how to make them and how useful they really are. There are tons of chemicals that go into making the make up we buy which in reality is not very healthy and I feel you shouldn't be afraid to try new stuff. The book uses simple language and its very easy to understand.Overall, I highly recommend this book.

I really like this Homemade Makeup book. In this book I learned exactly why I need to stop buying toxic, store-bought cosmetics which are full of mystifying chemicals, and I realized I should start making my own organic, homemade options. This book also have great 28 amazing natural homemade makeup recipes each of which evidently lists the ingredients required and is brilliantly laid out with simple step by step directions, it made it easy for me to follow along. I highly recommend this book to any women out there.

There are ladies throughout my life who I will suggest this book to.I loved the manner in which the parts were separated into simple to prepared sections.Its clear that the essayist has an enthusiasm for characteristic items and has put on her analytical cap regarding this matter and concoct some extraordinary ideas.Lots of very much investigated information here so I am glad to prescribe this book.

This book was a dissappointment. Any recipe that suggests putting things like cinnamon in eye shadow is not a good idea. These recipes would have you smelling like a spice rack, and potentially irritating sensitive skin. I was hoping for a book that was thorough, this was not it. She makes claims in this book that are wholly unsupported by actual scientific evidence. Not everything that is natural is good for you.

The moment I downloaded this book, I could not wait to start reading it! I am a make up junkie so any information about make up excites me. It’s so good to know the ingredients that we can use with these homemade cosmetics! Make up products in the market are indeed expensive so I might as well switch to using DIYs. It’s not costly and it also gives good benefits for using organic!

Das Buch ist sein Geld nicht wert.Mit doppeltem Zeilenabstand und den riesen Seitenrändern ist natürlich ein "Buch" schnell erstellt. Das war das Erste, was mir auffiel. Als es dann zu den Rezepten kam, hat es mir nur noch die Haare aufgestellt: Zimtpulver im Gesicht! Oder Muskatpulver und so weiter. Schon mal was von reizend und allergisierend gehört? Dann die Rezepte mit Aloe Vera Gel - sie werden nicht konserviert. Wie schnell verdirbt das! Es gibt wunderbare milde und natürliche Konservierungsmittel. So ist das ein no-go.Ich hatte mir mehr erwartet und für Anfänger ist das Buch absolut nicht geeignet.Das "Buch" geht heute zurück.

This is obviously self-published and isn't edited well at all. I think it was first published as an e-book and was then turned into a print book. It's basically a recipe book for making your own cosmetics. The recipes require a lot of specialty ingredients that have to be obtained from a health-food store. The instructions are fairly easy and uncomplicated but I haven't tried any of the recipes yet so don't know how the products turn out. I probably won't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't give it as a gift either because of its unprofessional look and text.
