Great product
It's a very light grey. I ended up covering it in black since the grey was too light.

Works great, perfect texture but the smell is horrible.
This was my first time using any bed liner material and it was very positive. The first coat rolled on easy and dried in a few hours. The second coat really added the texture to the bed. I have tried a few areas to get pieces to peel up with my fingernail but had no luck. I coated the bed, front of the bed and tailgate on a mini truck and had about a quart left over after the second coat. Once I stirred it the material stayed in suspension really well. The only downside was the smell. I put this on in my garage with both doors open and the smell was intense. Had to close the doors for the night and in the morning the smell was very strong. Opened both doors and it went right out. Caution not to do this in a room or building that you cannot get some ventilation in. Pretty sure some brain damage may occur. Used the white on my white truck and could not be happier with the results.

it works but….
reviews are correct. the material in the paint is very heavy so you need a good paint mixer like on a drill. i got one made you mixing mud and cement and it worked great but pour in your paint tray within a second of mixing. also the van comes with clips on it. this is not for shipping safety. the contents are under extreme pressure. do not shake the can. put a plastic bag over it before popping the lid. down side, don’t expect to get more than one use out of this. because of the gas it gives off the lid will pop on its own and dry out the contents pretty quickly. only other issue was the color lightens up quite a bit when it dries. it is however durable. i used it to paint the metal steps on the running boards on my jeep. the jeep is lifted quite a bit so you can’t get in without using the steps so with our weight stepping on it and twisting to get in the jeep and with mud constantly on it, there is no damage at all after a month of application. the steps came powder coated. i lightly sanded them cleaned them with alcohol then primed them with one coat of standard auto primer before applying. i applied one coat of this stuff and that’s it. good product if you’re aware of its application needs and you don’t plan on saving what’s left over. minus a star for not altering the lid to accommodate the venting issue and for the color lightening a bit once dried.

Looks amazing
Painted my Mustang blood red with this. Looks great and no more scratches from bad drivers, pets and playful kids. was very easy to apply, just make sure you mix it really really well.

Durability / cosmetic
Ok....I purchased a gallon of this product to coat the bed of my classic Elcamino....First off I wanted white as white I could get to match paint color .. The first coat did not hide cosmetic dark spots..not real dark but it did require a 2nd coat...1 gallon did not cover the 2nd coat so I had to wait for another gallon to arrive a week later...applied 2nd coat after it arrived this coat covered cosmetic blemishes and achieved the look I was hoping for..it dried with a semi gloss white color that you could not look at in the hot sun..looks way better then the bare factory bed...in my opinion....also used it on the plastic nose of the car to cover body work where the nose was broken..two Coates did achieve the coverage I was looking for as well as providing more stability to the plastic...This product drys to touch in less then 45 minutes..that created a sense of ergency getting the job done...I didn't care for that but the finished product looks good...oh and forget about having left over coating...the minute you open that can the. Curing process starts...and it hardened to non usable pretty quick...Good stuff for my application but wasn't easy to apply...

waste of money
If I could leave a 0 I would. Followed instruction to the T. Tried to use it on the fiberglass top of my jeep. Material didn't spread well with either brush or roller it dried in patches of texture and patches of none. I had to sand it down and get another brand.

As advertised, looks good!
Worked as advertised. Love the vivid blue, reminds me of voodoo blue from Toyota. Did the recommended preparation with 80 grit sandpaper, blew debris out with a blower then wiped it down with xylene. Mixed real good with a paint mixer on a drill. It came with 2 4" rollers but I ended up just using a brush because of too many grooves & nooks & cranny's in my truck bed. Spraying probably would have came out a little better but I'm happy so far. 2 coats are definitely required for best results. I have a 5ft. bed in a 2024 Chevy Colorado & ended up with a little leftover from a gallon that I splashed with some xylene & mixed before storing. It was a sunny day in the low 80's & was able to put the 2nd coat on after about 2 hours with no problems.

Very durable stuff get more than you need. It doesn’t go as far as you think.
Square footage coverage might be a little optimistic, but it’s really nice stuff when you take the time do the prep as they recommend and lay that stuff on thick
