How in the world did I not know sooner??!!
I am amazed by these! They are DELICIOUS! I've done the gummy thing (those little strawberry ones), but got sick of them sticking to my teeth. These take the cake (or candy) when it comes to keeping my hair, skin and nails healthy. I even ordered two other kinds, and now I get to take vitamins for dessert, because they all have different benefits. Just WOW. Highly recommended.

Great taste makes it easy to remember to take them!
Bought these for my wife---she is not usually very good at remembering to take vitamins, but these are such a treat she remembers to take them every day at lunchtime! I'd recommend these for anyone who wants a better taste with their vitamin!
