I do not know where the Frankincense is from but as a qualified Aromatherapist I would totally recommend the product it is outstanding no water used so texture different but excellent I am well impressed on my third pot

It’s just the cream but it’s not really a cream it has the texture of vics vapour rub which you will either like ....or not
