I ignored a previous buyer's comments on the product, who said that the rod he bought broke the first cast he made with the rod.The rod I bought did exactly the same, snapped off at the bottom joint...very first cast with it...so its crap. ...and as I bought the rod as a present and thus didnt give it for a while I had inadvertently exceeded the returns date..so dont buy anything from this seller...I wouldnt give it any stars at all...but you cant submit a review unless it has one start....not even worth that...

The 13’ rod is nice but it is multiple pieces and they don’t fit together vary well the Overall look and design seems to be high-quality other than when the rod is completely together it feels loose

I have not had it to the beach yet, but seems to be a good for for the price. It would be better if it had alignment dots to line up the sections.

Fairly decent quality but the sections rattle where they come together. I solved this fit issue by adding a small layer of Scotch tape at the tip of each male section. Seems to have snugged everything up.

Bought the 13ft rod summer of 2019 for fishing Red Salmon in Alaska. Unboxed and set it up July of 2020. Caught 6 fish right away, but the the tip of the second section broke, had worked its way loose. Amazon website only offers 30day warranty. I contacted seller. They said no problem and sent me replacement section. Awesome!!!

This rod is all I expected and more it's very flexible and the 2 handles are nice and big

First fish rod broke about 8 inches from the top of the fore grip
