I found this to be quite rank in taste (equivalent to a strong serving of a cheap and nasty instant coffee) and not worth the money. Definitely gives you an energy boost, but you're better off spending your money on a quality MCT oil and making your own butter coffee with a nice fresh ground.Won't be drinking anymore of this, so nearly £30 wasted from my perspective. 3-stars as 2 seemed overly harsh, given that the taste aspect is subjective. Definitely overpriced for what it is though, in my opinion.

These pre-workout sachets from Bondi really do give a kick. Taste wise is fantastic too, just like any premium instant coffee brand. Very smooth too, mixes perfectly just like instant coffee - the reason I mention is that other products like this in the past have left a residue in the bottom of the mug but not with these. Honestly try them, worth every penny for the focus and ready to go feeling possibly due to the other ingredients!

A friend of mine at the gym recommended Bondi Coffee to me and I’ve been very impressed. I drink a sachet about 20 minutes before my workout and it has really improved my training, right from the first time. You can definitely feel the ingredients (I think it’s the beta-alanine?) but not so much that it’s overpowering like other pre-workout drinks. I’ve recommended to other people I work out with and they are also hooked. Go Bondi!

My son is taking one of these before his workout as directed instead of a cup of coffee and he likes it

I dislike this coffee only used it twice .really got bad headache never use it again

The taste is really coffee taste not sweet at all. Mix with water very easy.
