I used them as Ramen noodle replacements. Neutral flavor so I can try them on all kinds of dishes, even stir fry. Good texture/thickness and cooks up quickly without getting mushy. Big portions, I can make about 8 bowls with a pack. The 6 pack is an excellent value!

Thickness and texture great for Easy to make a quick meal: add vegetables teriyaki sauce and spices to desired taste, 2 tbsp water, cover, and microwave.
