These thin wool socks were exactly what I needed for shoes that fit well but cannot handle thicker winter socks. They are soft, comfortable, and the argyle pattern looks great. The wool keeps feet dry and helps reduce bacteria and odor, which makes them easy to wear all day. The only drawbacks are the limited pattern options and the fact that they are not available in a shorter no‑show style for summer. A lighter version in that cut would be perfect for warm‑weather use while still offering the benefits of wool.

Thin enough to wear with dress shoes, but warm enough to keep your feet warm in cold weather, but breathable so my feet don't sweat. Very comfortable and are holding up well. Highly recommend.

Bonangel Merino wool socks for men work great for this woman, are soft, well-made, and keep me warm, including today's high of 8 degrees. I bought the ones with the red line and have worn them for 10 days. I have shoveled in 25 degree weather and my lower legs are warm while my thighs turned red and were quite cold. Like good wool, these are not hot to wear in the house. My skin stays at an even temperature. So while I can't guarantee the wool content other than what their label says it is, they behave like wool when I wear them. The wide elastic-y band at the top (1 1/2" when worn) doesn't dig into my leg but they stay up after 2 washings. I machine wash and line dry them because that's what I do. The weave is very close so the feel is soft yet sturdy. Maybe that helps keep the cold air out? These look like nice dress socks but they have become my go-to, daily winter socks. They came on time too. I wear a ladies size 8.5. The heel is a bit long but doesn't show with pants or boots and is comfy. I love that these are thin.

I was looking for a thinner wool sock to wear at work with steel toed boots. I didn’t want a thick sock that would stretch out my boots and leave them loose in warm weather when I was going to be wearing regular cotton socks. Based on reviews, I decided to try these 70% Merino Wool socks. When I opened them, my first impression was that they were too thin to be warm. The weather here hasn’t gotten very cold yet but, we’ve had a couple mornings in the upper 20s. I’ve been wearing these for a few days and I have been impressed. They are very comfortable and just feel good on my feet. I have done a little work outside and they have been warm enough. My feet don’t sweat and so far I have been happy with them. They stay up well and are not too tight. I would say they are about the thickness of a wool dress sock.

Great value on these socks. They are the thickness of a dress socks while being very soft and warm. They fit well (size 9) and are comfortable. Not itchy at all and they stay up with a good stretchy band at the top. Perfect for wearing under dress shoes in colder weather or just wearing around the house to keep your feet warm and comfortable. 6 pairs of wool socks for this price is a great value and I'm happy to report they are good quality. Will update with longevity over time with washings and wearings over time if there are any problems.

incredibly soft, well fitting and well made men’s size 12 argyle socks! Honestly, a joy to wear. I have sweaty feet naturally, but I feel less so when wearing these socks! Why? I don’t know but I purchased 2- 3packs in February 2025 and I feel fortunate to have gotten these. Well Done Bonangel

They feel smooth and keep feet dry but I doubt they will last. I wore them one day and they look like they've been worn for months. Could be the marino blend percentages. I doubt with will last but they are comfy and thin. They fit right and don't fall too much. The support is like any other sock marino or cotton. Quality seems decent. But not durable
