Was delivered a couple days later than expected. I was underwhelmed. You had to look at it closely to see that it's a fireman's hat, so the tooling wasn't very precise.

I have to say that I was very disappointed in the quality of this. The engraving was not done well at all; you could barely make out the "D", and the quality of the metal was extremly poor. I guess that is whatt you get for $19.99. I was looking for somehting to show my support for my Fiance however this charm just looked cheap. I ended up returning it.
