I love the Hohner Special 20 harps. I have a full compliment of them from A to G and they all play very nicely. I haven't been playing long but I love playing and playing around with them. I got the F# key so I could play along with more songs that are in that key.So much fun.

Special 20s have been my go-to for the past 20 years. Ergonomic- more comfortable with rounded corners, Sound- rich, full notes and easy to bend, Price- affordable for small budgets.

The Hohner Special 20 Harmonica is so much louder and clearer than a cheaper type of Harmonica.

Although I play both bass n drums, This is my first attempt at the harp. I’d like to incorporate it with our bands music.

First chance to pickup a Special 20 and only cost $11 dollars because it's a rarely used key. Plastic comb is very comfortable and I like that the reedplate is recessed so on the days I don't shave I'm not cringing from plucked mustache hairs.

It probably has something to do with how I play (not delicately!), but although I have played many Special 20s over the years and like the sound and ease of play very much, they just don't last as long for me as other Hohner harps in the same price range. For a few extra bucks (just a few!) get the Pro Harp -- it will last longer. For me anyway!
