20 Japanese candy box gift DAGASHI set japanese sweets and snack food japanese kitkat

Everything was SUPER small. Not worth five dollars. Such a disappointment

so I got this and alot of it was nice however for some reason the Fugashi a brown sugar sweet tasted like the wasabi noritaro the wasabi noritaro actually made me incredibly ill causing vomiting and the ume no kamaki which was a rice cracker soya sauce and plum flavor with seaweed smelt and tasted like the wasabi noritaro and was instantly binned other then this the rest was great however the two I said tasted like the wasabi noritaro might of been expired even though the date of expiration said along time from delivery so it shouldnt of been but its wierd to me that they tasted and smelt like the wasabi noritaro which is made from minched fish and seaweed with a wasabi flavor the very fact some tasted like that and the wasabi noritaro make me incredibly ill is why I had to rate this so low the company gave me a £3 refund after I complained so its good the company are atleast willing to support those who bought the product

I've been intrigued by these Japanese trial boxes as I'm always keen to try new things. The selection is good and includes savoury snacks as well as sweet candies.I'm guessing from the looks of the savoury selction that seafood is popular in Japan as most of the selection were seafood based. I wasn't too sure about some of the flavours but on the whole they weren't bad.The sweet candies were much more to my taste with my favourite being the marshmallow with chocolate inside and the Green Tea KitKat. There were many interesting items but I won't spoil the fun for you as much of the enjoyment is trying things blind without looking at the item list that's included.They are quite expensive for what you get still great fun and I will probably order again as for 20 items this is one of the better value offerings on Amazon.

Arrived super fast! Was told to expect a january 9TH delivery date but arrived 13th december, all items looked great and came with a handy information leaflet to explain what each item was as I dont read Japanese and not every item has pictures on to go from. Bought to try with my kids as they have seen dozens of taste test videos on Youtube of Japanese candy and were so keen to have a go themselves. Will have some excited children xmas day, all dates on the candy are around spring 2017 so plenty of time to eat! wont last that long, im particularly looking forward to the crab wafer thingys lolthanks again

We got set 20. Good value at under 40p an item. Lots of variety and more sweet than savoury, so good if you are sharing this box with younger children. A fun way to try out Japanese snacks. This is a good selection box and I would buy these again as a fun item for a party

Read other reviews before buying this box..... wad not disappointed by the products... everything was very yummy particularly the savoury items... felt like I'd been to Japan and came back goodies.. bought more
