Ainfox LED Rope Light, 150Ft 1620 LEDs Indoor Outdoor Waterproof LED Strip Lights Decorative Lighting (red)

I received a 150' roll of these lights, plugged them in to verify that they worked, then proceeded to hang them under the eaves of my house. After getting all 150' installed I plugged them in again only to find that after about a minute they all shut off. UGH!!! Being a handy guy (grunt grunt grunt), I did some testing and determined that it was the electronic circuitry in the power connector. Cut the original unit off, lost 3' of lights, and installed one of the other two connectors provided. All is well so I ordered another 150' roll to completed the project around the house. Ran this roll for a good hour before starting and then left them plugged in during the installation. I wasn't 10' into the project and a 3' section went black. UGH!!! Flexing the tube some got the lights to come back on and so I carried on. This happened several more times along the roll which makes me very leery of the future reliability of this string. These lights look amazing. Not too bright, just a really nice glow on the exterior of the house. I'd love to give them 5 stars but I just can't recommend them with all the issues I've had so far. Only time will tell...

This is by far the best of the light ropes I have bought so far - and I've bought many. I use these to backlight crown moldings that I install 2" below the ceiling. There are 2 main reasons why I prefer these over the others:- these are smaller in diameter and much easier to get straight down on to the molding so they are not visible- the lights shine omni-directional, which is a big deal if you want even illumination. All other brands I have used so far are directional (as in 180 or less). It is next to impossible to keep the bright side up on a 100+ ft run. The rope will twist so I never quite get the effect the way I want it. Not so with this product, very easy to put in and it just works. Gotta love that!These ropes appear to be well made. The connectors look solid and there are several extra power cords so any leftovers can be used elsewhere. I will order more and replace some of the ropes I have used.The attached picture shows a very yellow light, which in reality looks warm white. iPhone X does not seem to handle colors very well. :-)

The lights are nice. I really like that they come with everything needed to cut it into separate custom lengths...including 3 power supplies and connector sets.They are quite bright and seem well put together.Wudda been 5 stars but one 3ft section did not light. Service was great tho. They immediately sent me plenty of extra rope & connectors to fix it so I didnt have roll it all back up to return and replace it...which they offered but the repair option was much better for me.Update. The company took care of the problem right away by sending me more than enough rope to fix the problem area. It's also nice that the lights are dimmable.

These lights are truly bright and blue. They are sealed and waterproof. As you can see in photos they wrapped around the sides and front of house. This roll is 150' long. I had 27" left over with extra plugs and will use in other areas. Remember to cut only where you see a scissor symbol and you should not have any problems. We love these lights and so do the neighbors. These lights was what was missing for a complete Christmas decoration.

Once I plugged these in after hanging them half of them did not function properly it appear there was a short in the rope lighting so it all had to be removed and returned. Very frustrating.

Good news is they appear to work...so far. However, it is somewhat inexplicable that the maker would include clips to hang the string, but no screws to attach them. Ditto the failure to include a single instruction on their installation or how and where to cut it. I know the info on Amazon sez anywhere, but loath to place a lot of faith in that givem the description is somewhat English challenged. I had planned to use double sided tape, but while it clung to the aluminum frame of our screen room with the tenacity of a Maine tick, it would not adher to the plastic clips. Once I get some screws in the right size (3/32nds) I will install it and see.

I bought the 150 foot string of rope lights to line the top of my backyard fence. There is a security need in my area yet, I didn't want to flood my yard at night with stadium lighting. My bedroom windows look out onto the yard. I found the installation as easy as unrolling the coil since the thick plastic tubing sticks to itself and does not bind the string of lights when I wrap it around a post and put a slight tension on the rope to stretch along the top of the fence. The lights are LED so the don't bust the electric bill and they provide a soothing glow bright enough to provide security.I love these lights. My yard looks like a professional designed the lighting. (I also have an 25 Watt LED harp-lamp [100 watt incandescence] in the center of the fence.)
