Great journal for the price
I bought this more for the price than anything because the description of the product did not come with a photo of the inside of the journal. I was surprised by how much I liked the layout of the journal. It allows you to write in the date and mark the day of the week so there are no wasted pages. Plenty of room to write the workout in. I try to lift, do a WOD and some accessory work on most days. I have enough room to document all of my workout. I recommend this journal. It is paperback and compact enough to throw in my gym bag. I added a photo to show the inside 😁
