Works great! I have been coloring my hair for over 20 years and this coloring works just as good as when I have it done in the salon. It is a neutral blonde and does not add any brassy tones or purple tones. I mix it with a 30 volume to achieve a bright and natural blonde color. I will continue to buy this hair coloring.

I went from meh to marvelous in one box. The color coverage of this dye is top quality. I was not expecting very much from a non-salon brand. I will say it is a true MUST that you use 40 volume developer if you want the true high lift blonde. I wanted some golden blonde highlights to go with my chocolate brown highlights. We didn't do many. I used 20 volume developer in hopes of less damage to my hair. I like to color my hair 2 to 3 times a year but I prefer to do so lightly to reduce the risk of damaging/frying my hair. That's why I chose to try it with 20 volume developer, since it was high lift, I thought it would get close to what I wanted. However, that was NOT what I should have done. It is imperative that you use 40 volume developer if you want high lift, golden blonde color. It barely lifted my hair as you can see in the video.

Was level 6-10 bronde with a lot of highlights. Decided to go back to my natural brunette for winter. Purchased in 5N and used with 20v developer to ensure gray coverage. Ratio is 1/1 - so you'll need equal amounts. Put this on my roots heavily and some larger chunks and pulled through with a vented "wet brush". 40 minute developer time. Shampooed and heavily conditioned as per Clairols instructions. Color came out exactly as the picture shows, covered my grays and blended beautifully with the brush through. Hair came out shiny, soft and looks naturally highlighted. Could not be more pleased you never know with the brunette shades if it's going to come out Elvira style dark.

Easy to use. Lifting is very good. Always consistent coloring.

Feels weird, almost like a glop of oil, had to wash my naturally dry hair 3 times to get the feel out

I'm not happy with the result as the hair came out very dark, although it's number 7. The quality of hair after colouring is bit dry.

Love this color. I have bleached hair some dark. First time trying this product. I have my hair bleached by hairdresser several times and this solution didn't burn at all.
