Target Nexus Online Electronic Dartboard - Global Online Multiplayer Dartboard for Commercial or Home Game Room Use

I bought this board after researching all of the available electronic boards that I could find. I searched on review sites as well as Amazon reviews, and on forums dedicated to dart enthusiasts. I wasn't necessarily looking for the ability to play people online, but it's a very nice plus. Above all else, I wanted good build quality, which this board won out over the Gran Board (too many complaints about the micro USB on that board). I'm really happy with this board, like that I don't need to pair it with another device in order to see the score. If I have company over or the kids want to use it, I don't want to have to pair a device and set it up for them, people can turn on this board and play without me. The fact that it has a camera is a great feature, otherwise I'm not sure you can expect to play people online without them cheating. I hope the add the ability to customize the sounds in a future update.

This board is leaps and bounds better than the Arachnid board we got with the stand. We had to cut small notches to make it fit in the stand for the power and power button, but you can still squeeze it past the thin boarding that holds the board too. The back of the board is almost like the arachnid. The top center screw is in the same spot, but the lower screws are not. However with the top screw being in place, we just used cardboard to push from behind the board to snug it in on the top and bottom portions of the board on the backside. It fits great in the stand and we now enjoy our darts much more than the arachnid. This has the features/sounds like the bar/pub dart boards, plus you can cast it to a TV. I found out that this will NOT cast to an android TV, firestick, Tivo, or Tivo strea 4k. So I think you need something like a Samsung which there are videos showing their Samsungs receiving the cast of the dart screen. Or buy a Microsoft P3Q-00001 cast adapter (uses miracast) and it works fine. Found that mentioned on their facebook. We have a Samsung downstairs and the dartboard sees it to cast to, just not our Android TV we have currently upstairs. Since we got the Microsoft P3Q-00001, we now use it on our old 32" non smart tv with no problems. Just make sure you shut the dartboard off or reset it so it'll connect without problems.On a side note, Iowa darts was very responsive on replacing our first board. The volume randomly went up and down most of the time. I did not see anyone else with this issue posted online. When the volume went to 100%, the board will register a dart as a miss because of the vibration. So we had to return it. Iowa Darts sent us another board as soon as they received the defective one. They said they'd reimburse on shipping, but I didn't even ask again. I'm just happy with the board and quick service they provided.

the nexus board overall is real good and sturdy. Its made and quality is better then the gran board and i have them both. The only thing gran board has on the nexus is alot more players in lobby and gran board app is alot better. Only problem with nexus board is some people have to take plastic off the back and unscrew it cause theres a foam in the board to quite the sound. Some of your darts wont register time to time. I feel you shouldnt have to do this for the price you pay but it doesnt happen to everyone. If i didnt have to take foam out i would of gave it overall a 5.

This dartboard is super fun! Had an issue with the built-in tablet volume a few months after purchase. Working with Target and Maine Home Recreation was a breeze! New board is being shipped under warranty and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend for family fun!

The worst customer service, the worst technical service, the worst materials for the worst online target on the market. The tablet breaks easily, my target did not last a year and the company never took care of repairing it, and they do not sell spare parts to repair it.

You get what you pay for and this is a high quality board for sure! Noise reduction is awesome. It has just the right sensitivity and registers very accurately. I love everything about this board so far. I will bring more news as the rounds add up and the honeymoon effect wears off.Thanks to all of the reviewers that answered my questions leading to this purchase!

Fantastic soft tip darting experience. Very addictive. The online play is really good. It’s getting better with more people getting the board. My only negative so far is the built in tablet doesn’t hold a charge well. It works better plugged in all the time.

The lack of live competitors online is disappointing. I bought this to compete against others online and I have yet to find a single opponent.
