Greasy and Terrible.
Looks and tastes like dehydrated scalloped potatoes out of a box, coated with grease. Really, really bad.

Add champagne, Rose's and caviar and good to go.
They were actually smaller than expected. I seem to recall them abit larger. but either way they taste good and accent the caviar.
