Krause's Food & Nutrition therapy book encompasses wide range of concepts regarding Nutrition and it explains all the nook and corners of the title in a very simple, elaborate manner that could be understood by even a non-nutrition scholars

Very good book! Gives very detailed information for dealing with patients that require special diets due to their medical status. It shows you how to use food as a direct part of their treatment.

this is my nutrition bible. very helpful but very large and heavy. information is very technical and precise. I liked this book, but rather use Nutrition - Diagnosis related care.

Very comprehensive and nicely written. I used it for studying a bachelor in naturopathy and it is great for a quick reference as it has an overview summary to each chapter and nutrition tables in the back.

When I received the book the first thing I noticed was the black marker scribbled or drawn all over the outter pages (not in or on the actual pages). The book did not look all that new like I had hoped, you can tell it had definitely been through a rough year but I haven't seen any pink or yellow highlights or marks in the book just yet so overall it was okay.

I took a used one but the quality is good so far and content is better definitely I recommed each dietitan to have one!
