Very Versatile
These are a little pricey for 3, but I found the more you buy the better the deal.I’ve been on Keto for about 18 months and have been looking for a low net carb cracker. These are great. Very versatile. You can do a lot with them and there are a ton of recipes online. If you are doing Keto or the F-Factor diet, these will fit right in to your plan. Plus give you the dietary fiber you need.

Oat Bran for Fiber
We like these fiber crackers. Satisfying taste, not a-lot of calories, no salt or sugar, and oat bran for fiber.Great as a filling snack with peanut butter, cheese, cream cheese, apple slices, etc. We buy the 3-pack so we aren't without. 1 cracker is only 20 calories.

KETO must have
If you are trying to find great flavor, then get off KETO diet. However, this is one of the better choices if you want low carb and high fiber! It makes a nice open-faced sandwich. Put sugar-free peanut butter, tunafish, egg salad, or off the bone ham or turkey with cheese. Makes a great pizza with sugar-free ketchup, oregano , and Mozzarella cheese placed into toaster oven or microwave. Be careful this burns easy.

Burned paper, wood pulp, mdf board?
I like crispbreads, love them really. This one, however, is incredibly bad and I think there is nothing you could put on it or eat/drink with it to help the flavor or texture. The flavor tastes of very burned bran (sorta’ bran) with paper and has the texture of very old dry wood pulp; it expands in your mouth as it becomes moist and yet still feels dry and each piece of fiber becomes separated making it feel like a wood pulp pile. It looks a little similar to compressed mdf board.

Useful for dieting
These bran crispbread isn't for everyone, i.e. it tastes like cardboard, but it's great if you're on a diet. 20 calories each, and you wouldn't want to eat more than one.

Dry but worthwhile
They’re as dry as you think but with some vegan cream cheese, honey, etc. they’re easy to eat. Fill you up and help you go!

Deceptive Description, Even Failed My Low Expectations
The good:Very high in fiberReasonably edible - more like sawdust (I did not get the burnt taste that someone else mentioned)The badWheat & rye flour - delivered item did not have oat bran as shown in pictureFlat, sawdust-like flavor (but not totally inedible)I seriously don't understand the "Pack of 3" in the description. I thought I was getting three packages of crackers, but I just got one package - but it did have 12 half-size crackers. So I don't know what to think. To their credit, the description does say 3.5 ounces, and that's what I got.Apart from feeling a little tricked, these crackers are a highly effective fiber delivery system. if that is your primary motivation. Each little cracker delivers as much fiber as a bowl of oatmeal -- but the delivered product had just wheat, not oat bran as promised. I was actually looking for a tasty alternative to the few brands available nearby, so I won't buy these again.

Fiber source
these are fine if you have a topping that provides some moisture. Otherwise, they are very dry. They are ok to use as a crumble topping.
