Coverage is great
Best primer I've found yet covers all my pores around my checks and nose, make my foundation stay too instead of sweating off in patches at work

A good Matt moisturiser for greasy skin
It is very good for the pores and greasy skin keeps the shine away for the day. It is a miracle cream nice Matt look if you have greasy skin

Primed to perfection
I've never bothered with primer before putting on my foundation, but now I'm in my 40's I've noticed makeup doesn't have the same longevity as it used to. I needed a product which would tackle oily patches on my nose and chin and prevent foundation from absorbing throughout the day. This product works perfectly providing a light, but smooth base for foundation (usually mineral). I've found it really helps hold my makeup in place and prevents both oily breakouts and aids absorbtion. I can wear my makeup a good 5-6 hours before even needing to think about blotting. My makeup stays put all day (usually by evening it's patchy). The only downside is the small bottle and price however, a little product does go a long way and although quite runny it's glides onto my skin and dries quickly. Also the design of the pump means every single ounce of product is used (see my picture taken after the product ran out and I removed the outer packaging). Highly recommend, especially for mature skin.

Felt oily
Not something I got along with. Feels very oily and didn't seem to work as a primer. Not something I'd buy again. It may work well for some but it's not for me.

Finally a solution for my oily skin
Absolutely love this product. I am in my 30s and been struggling with oily skin since my teens. Been trying dozens of different products and nothing has helped. Finally tried out the Max Factor Miracle Prep Pore Minimising and Mattifying Primer and absolutely love it.It has a light, airy texture, I put it on my T-zone daily and don't notice any oily pile-up all day (used to have a a literal oil pool on my forehead). The amount I need to apply is minimal - the bottle last me 5 months, using daily. Such a value for price and the main thing - it actually works!Just ordered my second bottle, no stopping now!

Does the job but can become cakey if you don't let it sit.
Great for priming but just make sure to let it soak in before you apply makeup on top otherwise it will look very cakey. This is the first primer I have ever used so I don't know if they are meant to be watery but it's not thick and certainly dries out the skin so no oils are visible. I have very oily skin so I have been using this alot since I got it. I have had trial and error days so I learnt to let it sink in for a few minutes before applying make up on top.

good primer for open pores
Having open pores across my cheeks I find most foundations dont blend in. Using this product, gives my cheeks a light coating of silkiness allowing the foundation cream to blend properly. It has not caused any irritation nor breaks outs, lasts a long time as only a little is needed. I have used babyskin from superdrug in the past but it was out of stock when I tried to buy more. I thought I would give this product a try, both products are good.

Pretty good but smells awful.
Arrived quickly. Good price.Does seem to make a difference to the appearance of my skin and does make my sunscreen hold on longer. The major downside is the smell of the product. It may be that my particular product is going off but it smells awful, a little like petrol.
