The media could not be loaded. I’m on my silkie chicken breeding journey! I bought this while waiting to receive some silkie chicks and hatching eggs. It took me less than 20 minutes to build. I’m using it as a brooder. There is plenty of room to hold many chicks. I did cover the opening with hardware cloth, because I’m not attaching it to a coop. It’s sturdy enough to handle my wild 2 year old. Easy enough to open for that 2 year old as well. I’ll be adding some extra hardware. and for the price, you really can’t beat it! Nice. This one makes you feel that the designer and crafter really thought of the consumer in mind. It was easy and fun to assemble so it is now in use. If there is one thing to think about, the wood material will likely not be durable against tropical termites. So, set it up in a way that it will be freer from termite attacks.

Overall I'm happy with this. It works for what I needed. Mine did have a crack in the bottom and a small knick in the wood where the box had minor damage, but I was able to use some wood glue to put it back together for now. With gentle handling it should hold well. Again, overall, very pleased!

The media could not be loaded. My chicks are just over 1 week old and I wanted a enclosure that I could use inside and out and this is perfect!! It's a good bang for your buck and very easy to put together... if I can do it anyone can. The open part for attaching to the chicken coop, which I'll do when they move into the coop, I am covering with some wire I had lying around to keep them safely inside. Last picture is the piece with the opening, I used chicken wire to match and zip tied it on.. very easy and I can remove it when the time comes.

Bought this a few years ago and it is still in good condition. Raise quails in them.

I boarded up the entrances for a secure enclosure for a small animal to enjoy the outdoors during summer. Easy set up

I’ve had a coulle of these for a year and the mouse infestation is out of control.I’m rebuilding the coop and run areas using these but a lot of small mesh layers to keep mice at bay. A lot of extra effort.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so happy that I ordered this. The size is perfect for my 1 chic that I recently bought. It’s easy to move around in the backyard if I need it to be moved. It looks and smell amazing. I did have to make a back door because there’s a hole I’m assuming for the house but I haven’t bought that yet. The sturdiness is goo and I’m happy with my purchase.
